Chapter 5 Supplemental Lecture: Communicating Across Cultures

This supplemental lecture is designed to accompany the five week of COM 2250-1H1. During the episode, we'll talk of communicating across cultures--both organizationally and geographically. We'll also look at basic cultural differences across organizations.

Chapter 4 Supplemental Lecture: Interpersonal Communication & Self-Disclosure

This supplemental lecture is designed to accompany the fourth week of COM 2250-1H1. During the episode, we'll discuss the importance of self-disclosure in developing relationships, the reasons we self-disclose within a workplace, expected outcome value theory, and social penetration theory.
